Sneaky Snivellus

The pensive's been pretty inactive for the past few days, so decided to put some of my thoughts in it. Look at the advantages - A new post, less distraction for me once I empty myself of those thoughts, and more distraction for the ones who read them! ;)

Anyways, this is a topic that I'm sure anyone who's given the slightest amount of thought to the sixth book would've come across. The one about Snape (who also happens to be one of my favourite characters). The second chapter 'Spinner's End' was just as amazing to read as the first chapter of Book 4 'The Riddle House'. Both those chapters left my mind spinning with more Riddles than the ones they answered. Thankfully enough, the riddles set by The Riddle House were answered in Book 4 itself, which leaves us with Spinner's End. Even after the events there and the events on top of the Astronomy Tower, I believe that Snape was loyal to Dumbledore. Even so, it does not pass through me that he could fool the 'most accomplished legilimens ever'. Now we all know 'Professor Snape' is very skillful in Occlumency too, but we're talking about Lord Voldermort here.

Would love to know your views. Whose side do you think 'The Prince' is on? How do you think he so perfectly fooled Voldie/Dumbledore (well if he was trying to fool Dumbledore, I don't think it could've been done in a better way)?

well... lets c.... wat i believe might have been influenced by the admiration dat i have for Albus Dumbledore(may God bless his soul).... so i believe if snape is trying to fool someone den its a wee bit easier for him to fool Voldemort than Dumbledore. u may ask y.....well as i said because of my admiration for the " greatest Headmaster of Hogwarts" and also because i think Dumbldore is more clever than Voldemort. So i mean dere r things dat voldemort ignore but Dumbledore always take into consideration. hence, Snape according to me is on Dumbledore's side. but he sure is a nasty character. and i also believe dat on the good side probably Snape is the strongest character after Dumbledore. and by strong i also mean magically.

Yeah, I gotta agree on Rohit on that one.I firmly believe that Dumbledore is much more difficult for april's fool, if you may, than Voldie.

But there's something odd about snape.I've always had a prejudice against him, so I just can't believe so easily that he is still on Harry's side.

hey guys, don't u think that
snape is not a real death eater

coz
1.0 he had many chances to kill harry, he did not
2.) he did not mean the curse avada kedavra , or else he did it due to instructions fr dumbledore

3.) dumbledore has some strong reason to believe in snape

4.) as per an earlier post dumbledore may hav an horcrux phoenix

5.) i guess in book seven snape will give his life to save harry.

6.) snape though is like voldermort, snape has been loved by his mother. so he knows what love is

7.) he is indebted to james potter for saving his life.
